Each participant in the affiliate program offered by MysticWanda (the “Vendor”) currently through Clickbank (the “Retailer”) expressly agrees to this affiliate agreement.

1. NEVER use negative promotional tactics to promote this offer. No negatively worded or titled reviews or videos are allowed. This includes any use of the words ‘Fake’, ‘Fraud’, ‘scam’, ‘exposed’ or similar.  Unless it’s written as a question, NOT as a declaration!Creating an article with headlines that state it’s a scam, although intended as clickbait, will HARM your sales and our reputation (because many people are lazy and just read headlines without clicking through to the full article). Thus, they won’t get to read your full review. You’ll be chasing away buyers and losing commissions!

   If you want to write this style of review article, use positive phrases instead, such as “Is it real?” “Does it really work?”
   If you really would like to target people searching for “scam” keywords, then ONLY write it as a question, “Is it a scam?”.
   NEVER as a negative declaration such as “SCAM ALERT!” “It’s a SCAM” etc.
   Absolutely no negative or scare marketing tactic is permitted. 

2. NEVER send any traffic directly to order forms.
   All customers must go through the proper hoplinks to the landing pages on this website.
3. Do not create any web property (webpages, social media pages or accounts) that falsely represent you as the creators or owners of MysticWanda.com and or of her products.
4. Do NOT mention the price because we are split-testing different prices ongoing.
5. Reviewers: Do NOT share/publish your angel guidance emails or content from Wanda’s books. You can describe what buyers get without sharing the content publicly.
6. You are NOT permitted to:
   1.  Use any images from our website, just the approved ones in the folders we provide you.
   2. Use any of our images to promote other offers or for blog posts/articles that do not promote our offers.
   3. Use any of our articles / marketing materials to promote other offers.
7. DO NOT unsolicited/spam emails to any list.
   Emails should be sent only to people who have opted-in and should be fully CAN-SPAM compliant at all times.
8. Paid traffic campaigns from any media buying platform are allowed, as long as you use your own brand, landing pages, logos, and you don’t pretend to be our brand.
   Affiliate advertising must not include content that is deceptive, misleading, untruthful, unsubstantiated, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable national, federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.
   Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MysticWanda.com from any lawsuits, investigations, claims, or complaints arising from any such violation or alleged violation of the terms above. Mystic Wanda shall not be responsible to approve any Affiliate Ads. Compliance is solely with the Affiliate and the Affiliate represents and warrants that it shall have legal review of all Affiliate Ads for all necessary and required compliance. Affiliates take full responsibility for their advertising.
9. ClickBank is not responsible for any information contained in the offer, including, but not limited to, any product information, promotions, incentives, expected returns or other information contained herein. In addition, ClickBank is not responsible for any links to third party websites in conjunction with this offer. Such links do not imply any endorsement by ClickBank of such websites or the content, products or services available from such websites. By clicking on or accessing a third-party website listed, you acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites.

Any affiliate caught breaking any of these terms will be banned immediately without hesitation, and will not be eligible for reinstatement/compensation. We reserve the right to take legal action should we deem it warranted.
